Trusted Partnerships Group Workshop
How to become a trusted partner who provides expert value add to business outcomes.
This four-month long programme provides practical tools and techniques to support participants to become outstanding Business Partners. It helps people in HR, IT, Legal and Finance to understand what is required of the role and how to build long-lasting and rewarding partnerships.
Highly interactive with a mix of in-person and online session to simulate the work environment that participants face today. The modules build upon one another and include practical applications in between sessions. Participants will also practice with professional role-players to deliver and receive constructive feedback.
Workshop can be customized to your team's needs with feedback loops to deepen relevance. Maximum group size of 12 pax to ensure everyone can participate fully. Accountability buddies will be formed to provide peer learning and grow team spirit.
